Questions
How fast is delivery?
Orders are delivered by hand as soon as your payment clears. Staff are notified right away, and money is delivered even if you're not online.
What if I typed the wrong Minecraft name?
Open a ticket right away with your order number and the correct name. If we catch it before delivery, we'll send it to the right player. If your payment has cleared and the money has already been sent, we can't refund it.
I play on Bedrock. What name do I use?
Use your name exactly as it shows in game, including the dot in front (for example .YourName).
Which payment methods do you take?
We take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see your card details. Make a ticket if you need another payment method.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get a refund. Mistakes on your side, like a wrong Minecraft name, aren't refunded once delivery has gone out.
Will you ever ask for my password?
Never. Your shop account password is only for signing in here to see your tickets, and staff can't see it. We'll never ask for your Minecraft or Microsoft login. Anyone who does is not us.
